Shipping Policy

 

Business days include Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will begin processing on Monday.

We currently ship to Cyprus and Europe (including non-European countries) with ACS Courier, AKIS Express and DHL courier.

We offer complementary ground shipping on all orders delivered in Greece and within Cyprus. 

For all other countries we charge:

• €25 for orders up to €100

• €20 for orders between €101 - €350

• €0 for orders of €351 or more

When we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and estimated delivery.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

For deliveries outside the EU, the customer is responsible to pay for all custom duties and taxes. If you are not familiar with the extra charges applied by your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing your order.
