In order for your order to be delivered in due date, as described in our Delivery section, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for each and every purchase made on our Website. We always strive to display our products as accurately as possible. This includes color rendering and measurements. All image information should be considered as a guideline only, and we cannot guarantee that images are an exact representation of the product. Color rendering may vary depending on your particular device or screen.

Garment dimensions are approximate and should be considered as a guideline for the size that suits you. The dimensions shown in our size chart are not translatable to the actual dimensions of the garment.

We reserve ourselves for any textual or image errors as well as product specification errors on all products in the range. We also reserve the right to sell out of a product at any time.

Moreover, the Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any part or content of our Website without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Website.
 

COMPLAINTS
Pinnacle Precision Wear adheres to current consumer legislation. If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us as soon as you receive the product. You can contact us by sending us an email at support@AngelinaStyle.com, notifying us within two days of discovering the defect is considered to be an acceptable time period. In the case of damage during transport or a missing item, please contact us immediately.

Refunds of defective products are made using the same payment method as when placing the order. If you paid by card or Paypal, it may take 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed the case. This is to enable all parties, including the bank, to complete the transaction.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of EU and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the EU courts.

These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, e-Commerce Law: L156(I)/2004 and Amendment Law: L97(I)/2007 and any disputes will be decided only by the Cyprus courts.
